Dyspraxia Foundation – loads of advice and support for anyone with Dyspraxia

Families in Focus offer free and specific training for parents of children with additional needs.

Family Lives is a national support charity providing help and support in all aspects of family life. They offer telephone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Hertfordshire County Council – offers free parenting programmes which may address specific concerns identified by parents.

OCD UK – Great site for anyone suffering from OCD and a specific section for TEENS

SPACE – a support group for parents/carers of children and young people with ASD, ADHD and related conditions.

STEM4 – Aims to improve teenage mental health by stemming commonly occurring mental health issues at an early age.
